Location
Our celebration will take place in Tupelo Meadow, a quiet lawn in the middle of Central Park’s Ramble. While the wooded area is known for its maze-like twists and turns, this 7-minute walk from Fifth Ave is fairly direct. Please use the link to Google Maps as well as the following step-by-step directions — you’ll have no trouble finding us.

Directions from fifth Ave
South entrance at Fifth and E 79th St. — Bear right.

Enter the park at the southern/downtown corner of E 79th St and Fifth Ave (not the northern entrance closer to the Met).
You’ll see a lush, green meadow just inside the entrance and a hill beyond it.
Bear right at the fork in the path, and walk alongside the meadow toward the hill.
When you reach a crossroads, stay straight and follow the path that winds up Cedar Hill.
At the top of the hill is East Drive, a jogging and cycling road with a traffic light; cross to the lefthand path. The path will slope gently downhill and to the right. Stay straight on the path.
Walking straight along the path will take you past the Ramble Shed (the stone building with bathrooms). Stay on the path as it bends uphill and to the left. In less than a minute, you’ll see Tupelo Meadow opening up before you and you’ll see us straight ahead at the meadow’s western edge.
